Our hot-dip galvanised steel fittings are fully coated with a pure zinc layer. They are thus optimally protected against rust. This product is characterised by high mechanical stress. Steel fittings are used in pipeline construction, sanitary and gas installations as well as in a variety of industrial applications. They are used particularly in connection with our malleable cast iron product series. They are a classic screw connection series most commonly used in pipeline construction. Our malleable cast iron fittings are characterised by their high mechanical strength. Their surface quality complies with DIN 2444. They are fully coated with a pure zinc layer. They are thus suitable for use with drinking water and are protected against rust. These malleable cast iron fittings are used in mechanical engineering, external pipes, cold water pipes and heating pipes.
Hose fittings connect hoses to each other and to threaded screw connections. They are made of brass and suitable for use with water, but not with drinking water. During fitting, the hose is pushed through the sleeve of the hose screw connection. The length of the sleeve as well as the sleeve profile provide the hose with a certain stability. Tip: Use a hose clip or tape and secure the hose to the sleeve. Make sure that the sleeve ribs are not sharp-edged. This will prevent damage to the hose core.
